These tools are now used by leadership teams worldwide to improve coordination, accountability, and psychological safety.

With over two decades of experience advising Fortune 500 companies and global organizations—including PwC, Cartier, UBS, Richemont, Salomon, and the World Economic Forum—Stefano blends academic rigor with hands-on advisory expertise. He holds a PhD in Organizational Systems from HEC Lausanne, and has conducted research at MIT’s Center for Collective Intelligence.
